Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Size issue (subject to availability)

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Exchange request must include order number and product image

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be exchanged.

Exchange Shipping

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
