Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Orders

• Orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.

Payments

We accept secure payments through Bank Deposit available at checkout.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only in Karachi.
• Customers are requested to pay the rider after receiving the order.

Shipping

• Karachi delivery time: 2–4 working days
• Other cities: 5–7 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Exchange & Returns

• Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
• Used or washed items are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed, and cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
